I've looked at all your pictures of your progress on this axe and I gotta say, that is some crazy amount of detail and effort. Awesome work.
But I wanted to ask, how did you get so much finesse and definition carving into the insulation foam? Specifically the lowered section in the middle of the axe and that nicely defined ridge on the back of the axe. You really just got that with a dremel and sanding sponge?
And are the raised filigree details craftfoam as well?
